I rated it before our hot breakfast in the morning. It was a big disappointment. No batter for waffles. Milk appeared sour. Enough to make one skip breakfast there.

The owner is fantastic. He helped me and my family in any way he could. The staff cleans the rooms well and there is all the essentials. Plus he is working on remodeling the rooms. This is a great cost effective place to stay, right off I85.
We had a wedding in Henderson NC....so glad we picked the place to stay. The people were super friendly. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! The price was awesome...loved my stay!!
Due to a set of fortunate and unfortunate circumstances my wife and I we're stuck in North Carolina for a month. Kings inn and its employees have made us feel at home and have went out of their way to make sure that we had a place to sleep every night. The owner of this establishment is one of the kindest and sincere people that I have ever met. If you are in North Carolina and are looking for a home away from home Kings inn is that place. Clean, comfortable and well-kept.
